Have you ever heard about the fat flush water? It’s a slimming recipe that literally flushes the fat out of your body and everyone’s wondering what’s its secret.
Well, it’s not a secret after all, it’s pure logic, our body needs water to be able to function properly and eliminate the toxic waste from our system. Water also keeps our cells and tissue hydrated and ensures fluid movement. Sometimes our body isn’t quite capable of breaking down all the fats which is why you need to help it perform this function better by improving your diet and working out more often.
Fats are broken down and used for energy, while the triglycerides in the fat cells get eliminated. They further get broken down to glycerols and fatty acids which your muscles and organs later absorb. When our body can’t completely break down what’s left from the fats and turn it into energy, it turns into waste material which needs to be flushed out of our system – and this is where water comes in.
Water and its power
Your body needs water to be able to flush out the waste material from your body. It filters the leftovers and transports the waste to your bladder to be eliminated through your urinary tract out of your organism. It’s strange how the body works in its mysterious ways?
If you want to be healthy and facilitate the breakdown of fats in your body you need to drink plenty of water and keep your body hydrated. The recommended daily intake is usually 8 glasses of water a day but this all depends on a person’s weight, their physical activity on a daily basis and the weather conditions.
Forget about sodas and hold on to plain water and remember that it’s always better to drink more than less, cause there’s no such thing as too much water.
The Fat Flush Water
- 2l purified water
- 1 cucumber
- ½ grapefruit
- 1 tangerine
- 4 mint leaves
- ice cubes (per preference)
If you’re on blood pressure medications add half a lime or lemon instead of the grapefruit.
Mix everything in a large pitcher and consume the drink throughout the day. Everything that goes in this drink should be organic and washed thoroughly.
Tangerines increase your insulin sensitivity and keep your blood sugar levels under control. They’re rich in vitamin C which boost fat burning during physical activities.
Grapefruits boost your metabolism, give you energy and burn fat.
Cucumbers make you feel full for longer thanks to their high water content. They also have potent diuretic effects and fight water retention and bloating.
Fresh mint leaves help digestion.
Just drinking this water won’t do miracles and will not help you burn fat and shed weight on its own. You need to improve your diet and start some moderate physical activity, balance out your life and work on improving your overall health. It will, however, help you get the results faster and easier, only if you’re determined and persistent.
