Try Changing Your Usual Breakfast For This Smoothie. Your Body Will Thank You

The shake is made of healthy ingredients such as pineapple and chia seeds which will boost your metabolism in the morning and improve your digestion as well. Both ingredients are rich in fiber which can keep your organs working and also contain other ingredients that will clean your whole body of toxins. Pineapple is rich in water which acts as a natural diuretic and a rare compound known as bromelain which can help you lose weight and reduce the inflammation in your body. On the other hand, chia seeds contain a variety of essential vitamins and minerals as well as fiber which can keep things in your digestive tract moving.

Here’s how to prepare the shake:

Ingredients
  • 150 ml. water
  • 2 pineapple slices
  • Orange juice (from 2 oranges)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions

Cut a few pineapples slices into small pieces, then put them in a blender along with water and fresh orange juice. Add the chia seeds afterwards and mix again – if you want them solid, soak them in water 2 hours before preparing the smoothie. Consume the shake instead of your usual breakfast for 2 weeks, and you will certainly start losing weight.

Of course, the shake isn’t miraculous on its own. It is a dietary supplement and works best when paired with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
