Start by peeling the cucumber and slicing it really finely. The next step is to add salt and combine everything together until the salt dissolves. Add the sour milk/yogurt and toss until combined. Sprinkle with onion and serve.
- Cucumber smoothie
CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE RECIPE
- 1 cucumber,
- 1 apple,
- 1 thumb size slice ginger
- a handful of spinach, washed
Combine all the components for the smoothie in a blender and blend until smooth. When you are satisfied with the consistency of the mixture, it’s ready to be put in a glass. It’s best to drink it immediately, while it’s fresh because the more it rests, the more nutritional value it loses.
