Just cut an avocado in half and put each of the halves with their face down in a bowl with water. Then, put a lid over it and keep them in a fridge. You’ll see that they will last for several days. Keep it in the fridge. It will be fresh for 3 or 4 days. When you want to eat it, pour the water out, take out the avocados or the guacamole and repeat the same procedure!

- 2 avocados
- ¼ of a cup of chopped red onion
- A small lime
