- Orange juice, organic if possible
- 1 Cup oatmeal
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 40 g almonds
- 40 g honey, raw
- 7 g cinnamon
1.Put the oats in a pot filled with boiling water and stir occasionally. After they have cooked, put them aside to rest until cooled.
- Mix the orange juice and pineapple cubes, add the almonds and sprinkle everything with cinnamon. Mix until mixture is combined well.
