The liver needs a detox often and regularly, since that organ is crucial for removal of toxins and processing proteins.

If a liver issue happens, that is not see right away. So, you have to cleanse it once in a while and eat just healthy foods. It the liver works bad, many health issues might happen.
The liver cleanse is simple and done naturally:
- Lemon juice
- Fistful mint leaves
- 1 liter water
Put the water in a pot and let it boil. Add the mint to boil 5 min and after 5 min let the pot side aside and cool a few minutes. Then add the OJ and lemon juice and grind some lemon peel. Sweeten it with honey, at the end.
Have this mix cold or hot and also know to cleanse the liver often to also improve the digestion system too.
