- 2-4 cups milk
- 3 tsp baking soda
This is all, just 2 items! They are already in your kitchen and wait to be used.
Warm up the milk and put it in basin. Add the soda and stir. Soak feet for 10 min and then wash them with water. Pat them dry and apply foot lotion.
