Some towns can be shut down in the world so people can get a good sleep and even reboot. America has no such areas and people rarely nap.
Naps are healthy for you so find time for it. it is a normal sleep and wake cycle.

How long is the perfect nap?
As experts say, proper nap is 10-20 minutes. Naps also are shorter and lighter so no more than 20 min to avoid being groggy.
It is the same for an hour sleep, we get fooled it is deep sleep and wake up harder.
But, longest naps are 90 minutes or more and for those who have serious night sleep problems.
Sleeping is healthy and makes better capacity for thinking and creativity. Nap as often as you can and have a good night sleep too.
