Many people work this and have to sit all day long maybe even 8 hours on the desk. This is especially bad for kids since their spines develop badly, they also might get scoliosis and kyphosis.
Kids start to play video games early and this damages their bodies.
Experts said that sitting in front of the PC for even 2 hours per day is a risk for the neck, spine and joints.
So, kids less than 12 should avoid the PC for more than 2 hours per day. Also if you have muscle and back pain, stand, stretch, walk and prevent bone issues.
