To do this, you can start by being more physically active. Ditch the car for a while – walk to work and back home, or take your children to the school by walking. Avoid using the bus or getting a cab, and start taking 15-20 minutes walks every day. Gradually increase the duration bit by bit until you reach 45-60 minutes of walking a day, 3 times a week. Incorporate these changes into your lifestyle and you will boost the weight loss process easily.
