Below you can see how to make a DIY deodorant which works better than any commercial product and doesn’t have any adverse side-effects. The deodorant is certainly powerful and will eliminate body odor even after strenuous workouts. It’s a great alternative for commercial deodorants and roll-ons, and you can add your favorite essential oils to it.
Here’s what you need to do:
¼ cup arrowroot powder
¼ cup baking soda
6-8 tablespoons coconut oil
Mix the baking soda and arrowroot powder first, then add the coconut oil bit by bit until you get a nice texture – the DIY deodorant needs to be solid, but easy for application. If it’s too runny, add more baking soda and arrowroot to it.
Put the mixture in a container with a lid in the end, and use it every day. The DIY deodorant should last up to 3 months with regular (daily) application.
