Here’s what you need to do:
- 5-7 potatoes
- 2 egg whites
- Sweet pepper
- A bit of salt and black pepper
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them to a chips shape. Next, mix the egg whites in a bowl and add the salt and pepper, then pour it over the fries in another container. Now, preheat the oven at 200-220C and line a tray with baking paper, then put the fries on it.
