Healthy and tasty? Maybe. This chain has low calorie items, better than fast food and have less bread additives like the yoga mats items and such chemicals. A study of CDC Marketplace said some found a gross secret for Subway chicken strips are not fully chicken.

The Marketplace DNA analysis of the met said the grill sandwich of Subway made with wraps and other 2 sandwiches has just 50% chicken in their chicken strips.

An unchanged piece of chicken meat must be 100% DNA chicken. processing, spices and margination make this changed so the fast food chicken is not all chicken. of all tested sandwiches, Subway had the least chicken.

Subway oven roast chicken had 53.6% DNA chicken and the strips were 42.8% DNA chicken. what else comprises most in this chicken?
You do not just bite chicken at Subway, but also the allergen soy.

Marketplace investigated more and said other non-chicken items are included so fast food chicken is ¼ less protein than homecooked chicken. do you prefer salt on the side of a healthy chicken wrap? Well these wraps had sodium levels of 7-10 times more than regular chicken.
The chicken of Subway is far from fresh.
