- 2 cups of water
- ½ a lemon
- 1-inch peeled ginger
- 3 roughly diced green apples
- 2 scoops of protein powder *optional
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- Supplements – MSM, Vitamin C Powder, Maca, Fish Oil,…*optional
First, you have to extract the juice from the lemon. Put it in a blender.
Add the spinach, water, apples, protein powder, cinnamon and ginger. Blend everything very well. You should obtain a homogenous mixture.
