Most of the diets recommended by experts aren’t really effective or safe for your health, but the diet we’re presenting was invented by a famous cardiologist who claims that it can make you lose 10 kg. in just a week. Thousands of people have already tried it and are very happy with their results.
Obesity and excess weight are quickly becoming one of the main health concerns around the world. The excess fat in the body has been related to serious cardiovascular and other health problems. This is why the problem must be addressed sooner rather than later, but losing weight is not so simple as some people think. Without cutting back on calories, you won’t be able to lose weight, but cutting back too much calories from your diet can have an even worse effect. The diet plan we have for you today is completely safe for your heart and cardiovascular system and won’t make you starve like other diets. The plan lasts for 2 weeks (15 days), during which you eat natural foods with a low-calorie content. The breakfast is always the same – a piece of fruit of your choice except grapes or bananas. Here’s how the diet plan looks like:
Lunch: a cup of yogurt, a boiled egg and an orange
Dinner: a couple hard-boiled eggs and tomatoes, rusk, half a cucumber
Lunch: same as day #1
Dinner: a tomato, rusk, an orange, 125 gr. of boiled beef, a cup of tea or coffee with no sugar
Lunch: an orange, a cup of yogurt, a cucumber and a boiled egg
Dinner: 125 gr. of boiled organic beef, rusk, an orange and a cup of tea or coffee with no sugar
Lunch: a tomato, rusk and 125 gr. of cow cheese
Dinner: rusk, an apple, a couple tomatoes, 125 gr. of boiled organic beef
Lunch: 200 gr. of fish or beef, rusk, a tomato
Dinner: half a kg. of peas, potatoes and carrots
After following the diet for 5 days, you should take a break for two days. The diet doesn’t allow alcohol and should be repeated for 3 times (5 days + a 2-day break for a total of 15 days). As we mentioned, the diet doesn’t have any adverse side-effects and can help you lose a ton of weight in just a short time. To keep everything organized, start the diet on a Monday. Once you’re done with it, follow this diet plan on Mondays to keep the weight from coming back:
Breakfast: a cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lunch: an apple and some rusk
Dinner: 1 tomato, rusk and a hard-boiled egg
The foods can be eaten hot or cold, but the meals should never be skipped or the diet won’t work. Cook the vegetables with no salt and stick to the plan and you’ll be able to lose up to 10 kg. in a week!
