The sinus infection is common and unpleasant, and goes with terrible pain too. The pressure builds up in the head and nasal drip occurs too, along soreness in throat and fevers.
But, instead of commercial drugs and items, you can try some natural methods to relieve this.
1. Mini massage
With firm finger, press the notch in the collarbone and stimulate flow of the mucus. The ears will unpop fast! Also make the hands crossed in V and pump on the neck sides to move the lymph fluid and clear the sinus paths. This video shows how to do these massages:
2. Pressure on eyebrows
A really simple way to relieve sinuses. Use same pressure across the eyebrows and start at the beginning of each brow. Tilt forward and rest the head in the hands. Elbows must be on a flat surface and as you feel sinus shift of pressure, move to the middle of eyebrows. Hold same pressure again and press the eyebrows ends. Move fingers in circle motions.
3. Use the tongue
Clear the backed sinuses with the finger and tongue. Press the tongue on the mouth roof and press the finger on the middle between eyebrows at this same time. Hold like this for 20 seconds to make better flow of the mucus. If it is still not loose, alternate between roof of mouth and skin between eyebrows for 10 seconds each.
