- ¾ cup of gluten-free flour
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- A cup of chopped apples
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¾ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ tablespoons milk
- 2 cups coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
Preheat the oven at 300 C first. In the meantime, melt the coconut oil in a pan, then mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ones in another. Now, mix both ingredients well, then fold a bit of the batter around the apple pieces and fry them in the coconut oil until they’re brown. Drain the fritters on a paper towel, then bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes. While they’re baking, make the glaze by combining all three ingredients together, then take the fritters out, pour the mixture over them and serve them warm.
