Parsley tea recipe
Based to the opinion of the American herbalist expert, Dr. John R. Christopher, 2 liters parsley tea daily is amazing. You can even have a cup every hour. Use the green leaves, along with seeds and roots.
Cut the leaves and roots tiny and store them in airtight jar or container. Refrigerate them for a week. Add ¼ cup parsley in an infusion basket. Let this sit for 10 min. add lemon, honey or ginger for more flavor. Have the tea warm.
Also combine this with putting the feet on a pillow when you lie on a bed. This aids in better heart pumping.
