Don’t Forget to Breathe!
It’s very important to breathe right while you exercise, but many people, especially beginners forget to do that. It doesn’t matter if you do simple exercises or maybe pulling, running, pushing or lifting, It’s very important to breathe properly. Take 10 deep breaths before you do any exercise. When you start working out, you shouldn’t hold your breath. It’s a very bad idea as it may cause dizziness and you might faint.
Too much, Too soon.
Many sports injuries have been provoked by trying to do too much, too soon. If you’re an absolute beginner or you’ve made a very long pause from exercising, you must be realistic. Try to have a slow progress. You need to listen to your body. Don’t lift heavy weights and make sure you don’t stretch too far. If you force your body into doing something, you might suffer injuries.
Having no Goals.
It’s never good to have unrealistic goals, but having no goals is very bad. You should start with small goals slowly and give yourself time to finish everything, whether it would be after 2, 6 months or even 1 year. Start by doing 3 push-ups. Then, after 1 week, you might start increasing that number gradually. You may change your workout routine after that. Repeat everything in the end. The good results will be inevitable.
Same Workout Routine.
If you do different exercises, your success is guaranteed. You’ll certainly grow muscles. Then, start repeating the same workout routine. Your body will be used to it. As soon as you’re certain that you have reached your goal, make a change in your routine. Start doing more complex exercises. That can also be good for your brain.
Lack of Consistency.
As soon as you’ve started exercising, you shouldn’t quit. You can’t expect that you’ll have results if you do nothing.
Afraid to eat after a workout.
Your bones and muscles are stressed by the exercises you do. You need to intake nutrients so you’re your body can use them while you work out. Your body is exhausted after exercising, so you should put back the lost nutrients. Still, make sure you don’t “eat back” all the calories that you burned while you exercised.
