Breakfast: coffee or tea with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, 5 salty crackers, 25 gr. of cheese, 1 apple
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg and a piece of toast
Dinner: a can of tuna, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, ½ a banana
