For survival we need water. With no water there is no life. Water helps in internal health and working too and hydration is the least we can do.
You have to drink lots of water and alter the body heat this way. Water also removes toxins and poisons and keeps healthy liquid levels.
Water is an astounding reactant item. It has many responses linked to it.
Not drinking enough water has some bad effects as you assume. Espresso, coffees, juices, tea are not so much needed as water is. Caffeine drinks make us too dry!
The body needs water all the time. Here you can see some hints in case you have water deficit.
1. Pee recurrence
Normal person urinates 6-7 times daily. This varies for everyone since we all drink different amounts water. If you urinate less than 2-3 times per day or haven’t been in a few hours, you need water. The body tells you that you have to sip water. You burden the kidneys with no water. They cannot work with every toxin inside.
2. Dry skin
For smooth skin, get water. Also for solid skin, be hydrated. This will make skin stronger and smoother on touch. Another sign is dry skin even with moisturizer. Have a few glasses water every few hours.
3. Cerebral pain
Many such pains are from no water. Migraine is linked do dehydration and this can be contrasted to cerebral pain, this migraine type gets worse with time. This means when you twist, move up and down stairs it gets worse. If you have such pains, you need water. This happens from dehydration and sweating too. When you feel this pain, have a glass of water and more often too.
4. Dry mouth
Spit abatement also makes dryness in mouth. If you have this all the time, it is not good. Dry mouth is lack of water too, but also too much meds also do this.
5. Pee shade
Colors in the pee are a clear sign. If you have enough water, the pee will be clear. If you are dehydrated, there will be stronger shade of urine. Start drinking water ASAP if the urine gets darker. See the photo and notice the urine colors. If the pea is cocoa color, you are way to dehydrated. Do not overdrink water in short period of time. You might become sick. Have it gradually and recharge with energy
Did you ever feel hungry even if you ate? You snack, you crave…you need water. Hunger is often mixed with dehydration. If you ate and still are hungry, leave the snacks and get glass of water. Water suppresses appetite.
When you feel strange and freezing, you need liquids. Liquids apart from hydration also make tipsiness if we lack them. This is common for those that stay in the sun too long.
8. Chronic dehydration
There are few things that mean dehydration. Realize this and do not ignore the signs. They are : UTIs, early aging, anxiety, disarray, more cholesterol, heart smolder.
